A premature birth in the middle of the darkness of the 2019 national blackout in Caracas, Venezuela.

In an unknown first world airport the arrival of an ecuadorian flight is heard. The 'members of the European Union' passby migration, while the 'others', in the other line, wait. In the middle of the claims, a group of ecuadorians is arrested. They are taken to the Room, where they wait to be deported. Seems like everyone hides something, like PROMETEO the young magician with his hands tied like a delinquent who has a 'magical' trunk as luggage. Time passes, a way of being, Ecuador happens in this waiting room. Seems like there is no possible exit. Meanwhile, a different but well-known way of life takes place. The only thing left as a promising way out is illusion.

Five stories, five perspectives on the same emotional territory called “country.” A Cuban actress tries to make her way in Chile; two women reunite after decades and confront the passing of time; another survives in solitude while facing her fears; a father and son seek reconciliation amid old wounds; and a birth turns into a desperate race for life. Five intertwined stories—small tales of love, loss, and hope—forming an intimate mosaic about identity, belonging, and the search for a place in the world.

Valentín, a political prisoner, shares a cell with Molina, a window dresser convicted of public indecency. The two form an unlikely bond as Molina recounts the plot of a Hollywood musical starring his favorite silver screen diva, Ingrid Luna.

A sister relives her brother’s disappearance on the Colombia–Venezuela border. Her voice exposes an absence that doesn’t fade—one that cuts deep and shadows every day for her and her mother, a memory that refuses to die.

After an accident leaves him color-blind, Óscar moves in with his reclusive brother Víctor, beginning a shared life that will test the fragile bonds between them.

Bitter over their divorce, a wealthy businessman prevents his ex-wife from seeing their child. She then takes him to custody court and a judge tries to determine what will be best for the child.
