In Porto Alegre, everyone has a story about a place that used to be and no longer exists. Between absences, memories, and traces of the early hours, the reasons for the closures and what still insists on remaining as a mark of the city are revealed.

The story of Le Palace, the famous parisian night club in the late seventies. The documentary is a conversation between ex-clients, founders and workers of the place. Owned by Fabrice Emaer, this nightclub became in 1978 the center of the french social life.

A small skit-documentary hybrid, written, shot and edited all in the space of a couple of hours on the 25th of October 2021, by exclusively myself, for a university project.

Filmed on January 5, 2023.4 friends travel the streets of Queens, NY.

Artist Taylor Denise sets out to make her first painting, which also happens to be her largest work to-date. As she embarks on this creative process of making shit because it looks cool, she's met with comradery, debauchery, and people's brains interrupting art whatever way they want to-ery.

A part of Porto’s nightlife history is revealed. In this work, the artist draws on her extensive archive of video recordings of Porto’s artistic and cultural landscape, which she has captured over the last 26 years, to focus on some of the city’s nightclubs that haven’t survived the years. A work commissioned by Batalha Centro de Cinema.
