It has been twenty years since Don Diego de la Vega fought Spanish oppression in Alta California as the legendary romantic hero, Zorro. But secretly he masquerades as Zorro, and joins the monk Francisco and the beautiful aristocrat Hortensia in their fight for justice against Huerta and his soldiers.

A mix of swashbuckling and Spaghetti western: a light hearted adventure of Zorro in which the hero has to support good noblemen, sustained by the peones, against an ambitious landlord and a bad alcalde.
