Dr. Victor Frankenstein neglects the sexual needs of his frigid and frustrated wife Helena. After Helena gets killed in a horse riding accident, Victor decides to bring her back to life. Judith Fontaine is looking for her sister Joanie, who has disappeared into the hippie community of Venice, California. But the experiments are failing and Rudolph's been secretly killing the corpses afterwards. Meanwhile, the Lopez family leaves the town because of the evil going on there
