Goodbye Tornio is a vivid depiction of being young, fearlessly following your dreams and figuring things out on your own as you go.  Eighteen-year-old Vilma celebrates her graduation from high school, with toasts from loving parents and parties with best friends, before leaving her hometown in Lapland and moving to the big city.

A short film depicting the universality of life, growth, and how beautiful life is to simply exist. The film shows how beautiful it can be when we show tenderness & love for one another, through the narration & home movies of four sisters & their mother from when they were born up to the present. The film was made over 18 years on The Australian Coast.

This visceral cinematic snapshot is an inventive commentary on the pleasures and dangers of wielding a camera. Using different video and film formats, the director tries to record life as it is, unpredictable and at times dangerous.

Tragically, Paulusie takes the most dramatic decision and takes his own life. Living with Giants remains a poetic journey of resilience that echoes issues that are far greater than Paulusie's personal story.
